Delivery Coverage
Freggs currently provides delivery services in selected cities and serviceable locations.
Customers are requested to enter their PIN code on the website or mobile application to verify delivery availability in their area before placing an order.
Delivery Timings
Our deliveries are scheduled Monday to Sunday during the following time slots:
- Morning Delivery: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Order to be placed before 9PM - Previous Day)
- Evening Delivery : 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Order to be placed before 12PM - Same Day)
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, logistics constraints, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
- Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to product availability and delivery location.
- Orders placed before 9:00 PM are generally scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
Packaging, Handling & Safety
All products are packed and transported following hygiene and quality standards to maintain freshness and safety during transit.
Our delivery personnel adhere to appropriate health, handling, and safety practices to ensure reliable delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time:
- Our delivery representative may attempt to contact the customer.
- Customers may reschedule delivery, subject to availability, through customer support or the mobile application.
- Repeated missed deliveries may affect future delivery scheduling.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Customers wishing to cancel or modify an order should:
- Submit cancellation or change requests at least 10 hours before the scheduled delivery time through the website, app, or support channels.
- Requests received beyond the eligible time window may not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery or shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
